First, why the move from the buy side to the vendor community?

It was a big, transformative journey moving to DST, and that challenge is what I enjoy. I've had lots of experience dealing with technology vendors from the other side of the desk, and I thought I had something to contribute in terms of how the client sees things and how the experience should be from their side.
