New Firm In Town Globeflex Chooses CAD's Global EPVS Without An Evaluation

FOUR-month-old start-up Globeflex Capital L.P. has gone live with Computer Aided Decisions Inc.'s (CAD) Global EPVS--a Digital Equipment Corp. Vax-based portfolio management system the firm opted to employ without having considered any alternatives. Global EPVS was installed firmwide in July to handle accounting, management and reporting for the firm's portfolio of international equity instruments. The firm intends to migrate to Digital's new Alpha processor when CAD makes a compatible version
