Instinet Makes Strong Showing In Reuters' 1994 Earnings Report--Points Way To Overall Growth

REUTERS released its 1994 yearly earnings report last month, and, as usual, emphasized the contribution of its Instinet Corp, subsidiary. In highlighting a handful of numbers as among its more "pleasing" indicators, Reuters' chief executive Peter Job said that Instinet had performed once again in an "exceptional" manner having "achieved one billion shares a month turnover on several occasions" in 1994.
