THE Feb. 26 bombing of the World Trade Center in New York City ant many buy-side trading operations scrambling for alternative facilities early this week. Among fins forced to relocate were Dean Witter Reynolds InterCapital, Fiduciary Trust Company International, Fortis Asset Management, Oppenheimer Management Corp, and Shearson Lehman Asset Management. Most sought shelter under sibling firms' roofs; others knocked on competitors' doors.
