Britannic Shoots For External STP With Longview

GLASGOW--Scottish investment firm Britannic Asset Management has shifted its straight through processing priorities to external transactions, and Longview 2000 is key to the project.

External STP is the priority at the firm for this year, says Britannic operations manager David Rodgers. He says the drivers are better controls, reduced errors and a paperless office, as well as preparations for T+1--which can't be achieved manually, he says. And there are other advantages: automated, scalable
