KCM Likes Thomson ESG, But Opts To Replace Portia

As part of a project to automate back-office processing for its $800 million global equity portfolio management business, Singapore's Koeneman Capital Management Ltd. (KCM) has signed up for Thomson Electronic Settlements Group's (Thomson ESG) Oasys electronic trade confirmation and settlements service. KCM--known for its quantitative trading activity--has installed Oasys software on PCs in its back office, as have the majority of Asian equity brokers it deals with. KCM is currently testing
