Testing Is Focus Of Euro Meeting As Deadline Nears For Big Bang

NEW YORK--The buy-side's progress to date in preparing for the adoption of the single European currency was assessed last week in New York at a roundtable sponsored by The Asset Managers Forum euro subcommittee. The roundtable was the second such event sponsored by the subcommittee since its April formation, and it follows on the heels of the AMF's publication of best practices for euro conversion, which were unanimously approved by the group earlier this month (see related story, this issue).
