Lehman Buys Morgan Building

The first Morgan Stanley employees were slated to move into the firm's new building at 745 Seventh Ave. in midtown Manhattan at the end of the year, and the trading floors were set to go live in January. That schedule hasn't changed much, but the tenants have.

Lehman Brothers has bought Morgan Stanley's 32-floor, one million sq.-ft. building after being displaced from its World Financial Center offices.
