Since the terrorist attacks last year, Charles Wallen hasn't spent as much quality time with his wife and two young sons as he would like. The soft-spoken Texan currently is a senior vice president in the Bank of America's corporate information security group, which supports the organization's operations, transactions processing and regional recovery activities. Even though his free time is limited, the 16-year BofA veteran also cochairs the Financial Services Technology Consortium's (FSTC)
