Trading Floor Partners Helps Banks To Lower Market Data Costs


LONDON--Trading Floor Partners (TFP), an independent consultancy, is helping banks’ trading rooms to lower market data costs by analyzing data usage and re-educating traders.

The consultancy reviews the way a bank looks at market data and trains traders to use the data more efficiently. The company uses only industry-trained consultants, ex-traders and graduates, and it has 12 independent contractors in its employ, five of which are in the field.

Stephen Beecroft, managing partner of TFP, says,
