TRADING ROOM INFRASTRUCTURE
First Chicago NBD opened a new branch and trading room in Singapore late last month. Trading room desktops at the new Singapore branch have been outfitted with Reuters Triarch 2000 data distribution system and Kobra display software; ADS Associates GT-FX deal-capture and position-keeping system; Microsoft Windows NT-based PCs; and IPC Information Systems' dealerboards; as well as access to the latter vendor's MX Net telecommunications network.
