Deutsche Börse Gets in the Macro-news Game

Over the past year, many firms have been working on enhancing or creating data feeds for machine-readable, macro­economic news that traders can use for decision-making. Enter Deutsche Börse.

In mid-April, the exchange launched AlphaFlash, which it claims is the “fastest currently available datafeed for machine-readable, trading relevant, macroeconomic releases.” The feed will deliver more than 150 indicators from North America and Europe that will trigger clients’ trading algorithms.
