The UK Financial Services Authority's (FSA’s) deadline for removing exemptions for mobile phones in communications recording hit the industry on Monday. The FSA's Policy Statement 10/17 (PS 10/17), Taping of mobile phones, was published in November 2010. The regulation states that, as of Nov. 14 2011, firms involved
