Since becoming head of Fidelity ActionsXchange, the corporate actions information service that is part of Fidelity Investments, in September 2013, Will Dolan has led a transformation of the company.

That transformation has centered on better supporting clients, responding to industry mandates and establishing a project management-focused culture. Dolan is accomplishing these changes partly though personnel moves and partly through re-branding and re-focusing product offerings.
