LCH, the clearing house owned by the London Stock Exchange Group, has signed on to Swift's ISO 20022 Harmonization Charter.

Swift, the messaging standards industry cooperative, now has 17 financial market infrastructure providers participating under the charter. The charter promotes rollout of the ISO 20022 messaging standard and provides a platform to harmonize different markets' use of the standard. (In September, Inside Reference Data reported on the start of the harmonization effort).
