Markit Hires Cerniglia to Lead CLO Pricing
Cerniglia will bring her more than 20 years of experience in pricing structured products to head IHS Markit's CLO pricing team.
Cerniglia was previously vice president and treasurer at the Sautee Hard Cider Company, prior to which she spent some 22 years in pricing and trading structured credit, most recently as managing director and head of structured credit at Hapoalim Securities, prior to which she was managing director of CLO and collateralized debt obligation trading at Sunrise Securities Corp., held sales and trading roles at KeyBanc Capital Markets, and spent almost 12 years as a managing director and partner at
