XBRL US Releases Corporate Actions Data Tags
XBRL US Labs, the research and development arm of XBRL US, has completed the initial draft of a corporate actions taxonomy, which is needed if XBRL is to be used for tagging corporate actions information. The taxonomy can be used for tagging more than 50 different event types, and it has now been made available for public review and comment. The XBRL tags are based on elements of the ISO 20022 corporate actions standard, and were developed as part of the Issuer-to-Investor: Corporate Actions
