Attention Australians: Don't go calling Reuters' help line this week to complain that your Monitor service is down. Call your firm's own market data manager, who should already have seen to it that your Monitor-delivered services in Australia had been replaced by 30 June, the cutoff date announced by Reuters some time ago (D&IS, 9 April). The rest of the world will lose Monitor in December of this year, unless they too clamour for three-month extensions. For more on how the shutdown goes down
