Cognitive Systems Inc. of New Haven, Conn. is offering natural language software that helps automate processing of foreign exchange trades negotiated on the Reuter Monitor Dealing System.

The Monitor Dealing system is essentially a high-speed telex that allows traders to communicate with each other without using the telephone.
