Bats Europe Announces MTF Integration Plan
Pending regulatory approval, operators of Bats Europe recently released a high-level technology integration plan for is proposed acquisition of the Chi-X Europe multilateral trading facility (MTF), which announced earlier this year.
As part of the project, Bats Europe officials plan to keep both MTF display order books while integrating the non-displayed order books into a single dark liquidity pool. All matching engines will eventually run on Bats Europe technology and run out of Equinix's LD4
