The platform, dubbed Caplin Direct, is delivered as a hosted, managed service. It's geared toward medium- to top-tier banks that can't afford to build out a system of their own, and want to have a level of customization that white-labeled solutions don't support, says Paul Caplin, CEO of Caplin Systems.
