Fixing the way we speak


The adoption of the Fix protocol by buy and sell-side institutions has grown significantly since its humble beginnings a decade ago at Fidelity Investments and Soloman Brothers, where it was developed as a medium through which real-time securities transaction data was communicated. That said, the protocol is hardly ubiquitous throughout the financial services industry. But, according to Eze Castle’s Sean Mclaughlin, that can be easily addressed.
