London Group Adopts Voluntary Standards

The Hedge Fund Working Group (HFWG), which was set up in the summer of last year to address concerns voiced by governments and financial regulators about the nascent hedge fund industry, aims to impose industry standards that increase disclosure to investors and other counterparties.
