Grid Adoption Gains Traction, Say Experts

When the audience was polled about their top priority regarding grid implementation, 36 percent responded that it was to deploy grids within an individual silo to realize high-performance computing (HPC) and 22 percent indicated that their goal was moving toward mass adoption of grid computing and building an enterprise computing utility.
