CME Set to Conclude Nymex Migration

The CME already moved the Nymex trading management and clearing systems-which it acquired with the $9.4 billion purchase of Nymex and the Commodities Exchange (Comex) in 2008 (DWT, March 24, 2008)-onto its Linux operating environment, according to Ian Wall, head of the enterprise architecture team at the CME. He had been a managing director for Nymex Information Technology prior to the acquisition.
