Exegy Debuts Hosted Ticker Plant
St. Louis, Mo.-based hardware ticker plant vendor Exegy has unveiled a hosted version of its ticker plant, aimed at firms that want connectivity to direct exchange feeds but may not have the resources to support an in-house ticker plant.
Exegy is currently beta testing the hosted version at datacenter provider Equinix's NY4 facility in Secaucus, NJ, where Exegy client Direct Edge already has a presence, enabling co-located firms to cross-connect to Direct Edge while using Exegy's ticker plant to
