CQG Enlists IPC for NY Data Connections

Denver, Colo.-based data, charting and trading software vendor CQG is using network and trading telecoms vendor IPC to consolidate its connections for distributing data to clients in the New York area from multiple providers to just one, to reduce costs and increase performance.

CQG will migrate around 20 clients - representing a total of 40 lines - from several carriers to IPC by year-end, says Scott Doranski, director of technical operations at CQG. The vendor is able to replace specific
