Instinet Preps Canada Block Crossing Hat Trick

After a year of strengthening its electronic trading footprint marketing Canada, global agency broker Instinet plans to deploy three new dark liquidity pools pending local regulatory approval

"We've had a decent presence in Canada since the early 1990s, but for the past few years we've been focused on launching Chi-X Canada and building out that business," says Jonathan Kellner, president of the Americas at Instinet.
