Spread Networks, a provider of low-latency dark fiber between New York and Chicago, will this week begin offering access to its datacenters in Carteret and Secaucus, NJ via passive wavelength services from Hudson Fiber Network, to support smaller firms without the resources to purchase dark fiber but which need low-latency data from trading venues hosted in those facilities.
