Redline Adds Ultra-Low-Latency NBBO to InRush Appliance

Woburn, Mass.-based hardware ticker plant vendor Redline Trading Solutions is rolling out a new component of its InRush ticker plant that consolidates the national best bid and offer (NBBO) for US equity markets from direct feeds with latency of as low as five microseconds—the same latency as it takes the vendor to process a direct feed and create an order book for a single exchange.

The NBBO module supports direct feeds for Nasdaq, the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE Amex and NYSE Arca, as well
