The CEO of Austin, Texas-based Eventus Systems, a software company started in 2015, is the inheritor of years of experience in trading among its management—Schwab is the former CEO of RGM Securities, and managing director of RGM Advisors; CTO Kerry Clendinning was a data architect at the same firm for six years; and president Jeff Bell served as the CEO of Lime Brokerage, and the head of the clearing and technology group
