Yes. I started my career working for Schroder Asset Management in 1986 in contracts, corporate actions and dividends. I moved into special projects, which looked at systems to improve workflows and cut costs within the company. I then worked as an IT manager on the fixed-income desk, where I was involved in developing trading systems and improving data management. I joined Citisoft
