Planned Standard Fedline Offers Direct Submission Of Treasury Bids

THE Federal Reserve Bank has set a January launch date for Standard Fedline, the first version of the automated tender system it is developing to facilitate direct submission of bids for Treasury auctions. A Fast Fedline version of the PC-based software will follow by the end of 1992, enhanced with features aimed at more aggressive competitive bidders.
