Phoenix Investment Counsel Installs CAD's Global EPVS For Position Keeping, Order-Mgmt.
PORTFOLIO SYSTEMS
Phoenix Investment Counsel Inc. is installing Computer Aided Decisions Inc.'s (CAD) Global Expanded Portfolio Valuation System (Global EPVS) to provide position-keeping and order-management for 40 managers and researchers in its equities division. The system is being installed on a VAX-based processor from Digital Equipment Corp. located at the firm's Hartford, Conn., offices.
Global EPVS will also be rolled out to 15 fixed-income portfolio managers and three traders on Phoenix Investment's
