Prime broker landscape set for a shake up


Prime brokers have in the past made a killing by providing technology to their hedge fund clients in order for them to operate. But a recent Celent Communications report suggests that prime brokers are going to have to work a lot harder for their fees than merely spinning off their technology. By Stewart Eisenhart.
