Prudential Begins Cutover To ISA/Sungard's Prism

PORTFOLIO SYSTEMS

As expected, Prudential Insurance Co.'s central record-keeping and systems group has gone live with Prism, a portfolio management and accounting system marketed by ISA, the insurance systems division of Sungard Financial Systems Inc. Prism, which went live on Jan. 18 for the first group of users at Prudential, was originally scheduled to be installed more than a year ago--on Jan. 1, 1993.
