Princeton to acquire Aquin Components
Princeton Financial, a State Street Corporation subsidiary and
provider of portfolio management and accounting technology, is set to acquire all of the outstanding stock of Aquin Components, a Swiss-based provider of investment management technology and services to the buy side. According to Princeton, its well-established back-office PAM accounting product will complement Aquin's investment compliance, order management, fund warehouse, reporting, and NAV reconciliation offerings.
