CRM Pivotal to Dresdner RCM E-Portfolios


LONDON--Dresdner RCM, the UK arm of Dresdner Bank’s asset management business, is implementing key components of the Pivotal Customer Relationship Management solution--a CRM system from CRM software firm Pivotal. The system will be rolled out in three stages, beginning January 2002.

The deal, worth £450,000, will see 100 Dresdner sales and marketing staff using the system initially--a third of the firm’s numbers--for relationship management of its retail and institutional businesses totalling £54

Refinitiv’s PermID framework was conceived as a proprietary tool to address an internal challenge around identifying objects in the firm’s information model. Once it had proved its worth, it was rolled out to the firm’s clients to significant success.
