NYFIX (www.nyfix.com), formerly Trinitech Systems, formed a limited liability company called NYFIX Millennium to serve as a startup for an Alternative Trading System (ATS). According to NYFIX, the new ATS will provide electronic order routing with "best execution" capabilities.
