Mary Alice Taylor, Citigroup's head of global operations and technology, has left the building. Taylor, the former Federal Express senior vice president who was brought to Citi in January 1997, is now chairman and CEO of HomeGrocer.com. Meanwhile, back in the Citi, Thomas Trainer has been named CIO, coordinating IT for all of Citigroup's businesses.
