NYSE Gifts VRXML to Market

The New York Stock Exchange developed a protocol for solving its market data billing issues. Now it’s opening it up for adoption by the rest of the industry.

After 20 years of painful experiences reconciling market data billing reports with market data vendors and subscribers, the New York Stock Exchange recently developed and deployed vendor reporting extensible markup language (VRXML) to improve the timeliness and quality of billing reporting, and it’s sharing it with the industry.
