Moving in with a new partner can be risky, as the Bank of New York (BoNY) has discovered the hard way. As reported in Waters’ sibling publication Inside Market Data, the bank is returning to an old market data service provider after a stormy affair with a rival vendor. Three years after dropping it for another firm, one of the bank’s UK businesses has decided to use British vendor firm ValueLink’s validated pricing service—again.
