It seems everyone has something to say about MiFID.
European industry bodies and user firms have expressed concerns to the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) about the lack of common reference data standards that need to be implemented to ensure the effectiveness of pan-European trade reporting requirements that are part of the European Union's upcoming Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID).
Under the MiFID regulations, slated to take effect on Nov. 1, investment firms
