Wachovia’s first Corporate CIO, Martin Davis, is charged with looking for synergies across the bank--a busy job when in the midst of two mergers.
Martin Davis has had Wachovia in his sights for a long time. He started as a programmer trainee working on Wachovia’s automated clearinghouse application after he finished his Winston-Salem State University co-op with the company back in 1985.
