During the recent Amsterdam breakfast briefing, sponsored by HCL Technologies, the question-and-answer session turned to the role that smaller exchanges will play under MiFID. Should firms connect to every small exchange under the sun? The panel consisted of Bob McDowall of TowerGroup, Juan Carlos Nieto from Rabobank, Andreas Löfgren from OMX, and Pramod Gupta of HCL Technologies. The panel was moderated by David Anderson.
