Burgundy Suffers Trading Halt
The FIX order entry server stopped sending out information-including order insert, cancellation and trade execution reports-for the Swedish main market at 9:40 a.m. local time. Burgundy officials decided to stop trading after restarting the FIX server without success.
"Because we are in a pre-launch mode, we thought it would be prudent to close down the market and iron out any problems," says Olof Neiglick, CEO of Burgundy.
