Koscom Picks Progress for KSX Algos
CYBER-TRADING TECHNOLOGIES
NEW YORK—Korean financial IT vendor Koscom has selected Progress Software to provide algorithmic trading capabilities to the Korea Stock Exchange (KRX), according to Progress officials.
Koscom and Progress have also entered into a strategic partnership under which Koscom will develop a localized version of the Progress Apama platform for distribution in Asia. The agreement will make the Apama platform the first commercial algorithmic trading system in Korea.
