Swift Plans Managed Service
Swift is currently finalizing the feasibility study for its new offering, tentatively dubbed Remote Managed Services, says Brigitte De Wilde, a member of Swift's product innovation team.
The new offering would extend Swift's domain of responsibility to include the operation and management of the connectivity infrastructure on behalf of a client, De Wilde explains.
Although the offering is in its early stages, De Wilde says several customers have approached Swift about Remote Managed Services
