My principal responsibilities are to manage both the technology and information services divisions across the LSE and Borsa Italiana. Since I joined the exchange in 2001, we have completely replaced the SETS trading platform and all the downstream systems, and on the information services side, the team has been building and diversifying the information business into new areas.How have things changed since the
