This gives clients access to trade execution and low-latency market data across the region's equities, derivatives and fixed-income markets, say officials.

The addition of Nordic connectivity is part of the vendor's ongoing evaluation of which markets would be appropriate for the vendor's clients, explains Nigel Kneafsey, CEO of Options IT. "In June, [our clients] were saying that this was something that we should be looking at now, so we began the technical and legal procedures then," he adds.
